VLCANO is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our platform.
1. Information We Collect
We collect information you provide directly to us when you create an account, place an order, register as a print partner or design partner, or communicate with us. This includes your name, email address, shipping address, phone number, and payment information. We also collect information automatically when you use the platform, such as your IP address, browser type, and pages visited.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to: process and fulfill orders; communicate with you about your orders and account; send transactional and service-related emails; match customers with local print partners; process payments through PayPal; improve and maintain the platform; and comply with legal obligations.
3. Sharing Your Information
We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We may share your information with: independent print partners who fulfill your orders (limited to what is necessary for fulfillment); PayPal for payment processing; Supabase for file storage; Resend for transactional email delivery; OpenAI, only for the AI features you choose to use (AI designs and the AI try-on); and law enforcement or government agencies when required by law. Try it on yourself: placing a design on your own photo happens on your device, and the photo is not uploaded. If you choose the AI try-on, your photo and the garment picture are sent to OpenAI to make the image; VLCANO does not save either one or the result. Phone notifications: if you turn them on, your phone or browser gives VLCANO a delivery address for notifications, which we keep until you turn them off. Each notification (its title and a short message about your order or account) is delivered through your device maker’s or browser’s notification service, such as Apple, Google or Mozilla; VLCANO doesn’t send them any other information about you.
4. California Privacy Rights (CCPA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect about you; request deletion of your personal information; opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information); and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. 5. Cookies
We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve our platform. You can control cookie settings through your browser. Disabling cookies may affect the functionality of certain features on the platform. See our Cookie Policy for more information.

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@tryvlcano.com.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information, including encrypted data transmission and secure storage practices. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

VLCANO is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18, we will delete it promptly.
